Request Data Deletion

For anyone with a MatricBase Anonymous ID — no app installation required.

MatricBase respects your privacy and gives you control over your data.

If you'd like to request deletion of the data associated with your MatricBase Anonymous ID, submit a request below.

Find this in the app under Settings → My data & permissions → Privacy.

Enter a valid Anonymous ID in the format MB-XXXXXXXXXX.

Only used if we need to follow up on this specific request.

What data will be deleted?

Data associated with your MatricBase Anonymous ID stored on MatricBase systems.

What data is not automatically deleted?

Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the application.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days.
